The Emporium Company is a collection of diverse restaurants & bars in Cork, with locations in Ballincollig, Glanmire, Carrigaline, and Midleton. It was founded by Ronan Murphy and Rory Doherty in 2015. Since then the company has become a vital player in Cork's restaurant & bar scene.

Emporium is a “standard-bearer” for Cork county’s contemporary restaurant and bar scene. Although it was founded in 2015, the Emporium Company’s origins date back to the start of the decade when its' founding partners took ownership of the Castle bar in Glanmire.

With a 50-50 focus on food & drink, Emporium sets the standards for the restaurant and bar industry in Cork. We are always open to discussing potential acquisitions and partnerships.
